The history of the region of Darfur is complex, and while the international policy toward Darfur is in flux and many of the actions the Darfur community has called on have not been implemented and/or blocked by the African nations, we would like to have a better understanding about how we can work toward achieving peace and reconciliation for the refugees.

Dr. Sherri McFarland, National Defense Intelligence College

Panel 2 - Reports from the Refugee Experience:  From recent visits to the camps and Darfurians here in the United States.
