Welcome from the Coalition – Launch of Website

Our website is intended to serve as a resource for Darfur advocates throughout New Jersey. Our Coalition works to serve as the hub of state and community efforts to increase coordination and visibility of New Jersey's commitment to the people of Darfur.

We invite you be part of these efforts by joining the Coalition or by registering your group with us, continuing to keep us informed of your efforts, and letting us know how we can be a resource to you.

Our Organization

The Coalition is made of diverse organizations based in New Jersey who have come together to work to raise awareness of and advocate for an end to the genocide in the Darfur region of Sudan. We work together for the purpose of education, advocacy. and assistance.

History and Prior Initiatives

The "NJ Responds to the Crisis in Darfur Coalition", was formed in 2005 in the aftermath of a political rally calling attention to the gravity of the crisis.
